Learn Qigong For The Five Principle Organs
The Lung practice draws on the beautiful Crane form. We open the upper back and open and lengthen the channel (meridian) to strengthen the Lung function.
Working with the qigong tools of body-breath-mind, this course focuses on practices to strengthen and harmonise the Kidneys, Lung, Stomach/Spleen, Liver and Heart. A knowledge of the channels of acupuncture and the basic functions of the organs is helpful but not necessary, as everything is explained and illustrated.
