ACUPRESSURE AT HE-7 HELPS WITH INSOMNIA
An Italian study has evaluated the efficacy of acupressure at Shenmen HE-7 in treating insomnia. 25 patients affected by sleep disorders were enrolled, of whom 14 had cancer.
