ACUPRESSURE EFFECTIVE FOR LOW BACK PAIN
A Taiwanese study randomly assigned 146 chronic lower back pain patients to receive either standard physical therapy or fifteen-minute acupressure treatments (six treatments over four weeks for both groups).
